Dom Dolla took to the stage in Perth for a summer rave on Saturday night complete with an impressive pyrotechnics and fireworks display.

The music producer and DJ, real name Dominic Matheson, has embarked on his biggest ever Australian tour with his shows in Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane all a sell-out success.

The tour kicked off in Sydney on November 29 before heading to Perth’s Wellington Square.

Thousands of partygoers descended on the CBD to witness the popular remixer create his magic in real-time.

The 32-year-old pumped out his famed tracks like San Frandisco and Rhyme Dust with latest songs Girl$ and Cave also getting a play.

From The Dare to Spiderbait’s Black Betty, Dom crafted a set list that catered for every music lover.

At one point during the night, the crowd took their party antics to the next level prompting Dom to praise his Perth fans for turning up in a way “Sydney could never”.

While the intermittent pyrotechnics and fireworks showcase were a clear highlight, even the coloured lights and lasers were enough to spark reactions of awe from the mosh pit.

Electronic duo Flight Facilities put on a groovy set in the lead-up to the main event.

Dom’s tour comes fresh off the back of winning an ARIA Award for Best Dance / Electronic Release for his record Saving Up.

This year has seen a rapid rise of the DJ following sell-out shows at Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl, a co-headline slot with Post Malone at Spilt Milk festival and a Grammy nomination.
