Schoolies horror as balcony collapses under 40 teenagers
Video footage has captured the terrifying moment a balcony with about 40 teenagers celebrating Schoolies collapses on the NSW south coast.
Emergency services were called to Elizabeth Drive in Vincentia about 11.30pm on Saturday following reports a balcony had collapsed.
A video of the incident shows the group singing and dancing before screams can be heard, as the balcony collapses from under them.
“What the f**k?” someone can be heard saying.

A NSW Police spokesperson confirmed four people were injured in the incident.
“South coast police department were told about 40 people all aged in their teens were on the balcony when it collapsed,” the spokesperson said.
“Four people, three females and one male aged in their teens were injured and treated on scene by ambulance paramedics for minor leg and back injuries and taken to hospital for further treatment.”
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said one teen with a lower leg injury was taken to Wollongong Hospital in a stable condition, while another teen with a lower leg injury was taken to Shoalhaven Hospital.
Another two teens were treated for back injuries and also taken to Shoalhaven Hospital in a stable condition.
