Fuel stolen in Cue

Police believe thieves have used a pump to steal 1,500 litres of diesel in Cue overnight Wednesday.

The incident occurred on Cue-Wondinong Road, between Wednesday 6pm and 7am on Thursday.

The fuel was taken from seven plant machines, with one have 400L stolen from it.

The thieves unlocked the fuel caps before stealing the fuel.

Police believe the offenders were driving a utility or light truck.

The case is still being investigated and anyone with any information is being asked to contact the Police on 131 444 or 9963 8800.
