Mohammed Kostya Kennedy: Detectives hunt 19-year-old Perth man who removed ankle monitoring device
Perth detectives are on the hunt for a 19-year-old man who removed his ankle monitoring device in the early hours of Friday morning.
Police are appealing to the public for information on Mohammed Kostya Kennedy who removed the device about 3.20am.
He is described as being of medium height and build, with brown hair and brown eyes.
His whereabouts is currently unknown but he is known to frequent the south metropolitan area.
Members of the public are warned not to approach Mr Kennedy but call police immediately on 131 444.
