Go Your Own Way — to the Queens Park Theatre.

That’s the message for local fans of Stevie Nicks, Lindsey Buckingham, Christine McVie and crew as Perth-based tribute band The Chain is on its way to Geraldton, promising to deliver the ultimate Fleetwood Mac experience.

Lead vocalist Missy Daniels said this will be the first time the band has ventured to Geraldton.

“We play the Perth venue scene to consistently packed houses and occasionally head to regional towns as we love to travel and share the show far and wide,” she said.

“We are really looking forward to bringing the show to Geraldton and perform classic rock in style at Queens Park Theatre.”

The band features five vocalists and the tribute show also extends to another legendary band, The Eagles.

The band’s promotional material states that besides the ultimate Fleetwood Mac experience, The Chain also presents The Very Best of The Eagles — “unquestionably America’s biggest rock band of the 70s. The Chain bring to life the inimitable harmonies The Eagles were renowned for.”

They say the high-energy show should not be missed by any Fleetwood Mac or The Eagles fan, or any music lover of mega-bands of the 70s and 80s.

The band promises an “authentic immersion into the music of Fleetwood Mac, playing hits that span over two decades and five albums.”

“From Steve Nicks’ dream track Gypsy to the unmistakable vocals of Christine McVie in You Make Lovin’ Fun and the pub anthem Go Your Own Way, The Chain deliver a full experience for music fans,” they state.

The Chain will be playing at the QPT on Saturday, October 7. For tickets, go the QPT website.
