Geraldton’s metro team face a tense wait overnight to find out whether their home game will go ahead tomorrow.

Ugle Fabrications La Fiamma are due to play Lynwood United FC at the Salvatore Sciuto ground at 6pm tomorrow.

Coach Keegan Roos said an extended lockdown in Perth would stop Lynwood from travelling.

“We are scheduled for a home game but the COVID-19 situation might change things,” Roos said.

“At the moment, there should be a game.”

UF La Fiamma’s first team will be hoping to bounce back after going down 2-1 to Ballajura AFC in the previous round.

They will look for contributions from playmaker Lachlan Gray, wide man Tatenda Sonnie Chikomo, captain Matt Cable, midfielder Tom Mitic and top scorer Cameron Brown.
