G C Bishal: Geraldton Dome supervisor faces court after allegedly indecently dealing with teenage worker

A cook at Geraldton’s Dome Cafe has faced court after allegedly attempting to begin an inappropriate relationship with a teenage worker under his authority. G C Bishal, 30, was charged with three counts of indecently dealing with a child as a person of authority on December 6. Mr Bishal pleaded not guilty to the charges at his first appearance in court on Thursday, January 5. His bail was extended and he will reappear in court for committal mention on April 6. The general manager of Geraldton Dome said he reported Mr Bishal to authorities. He said Mr Bishal was suspended for 72 hours after being reported but was still employed. Dome would terminate his employment if he was found guilty, he added.
