A 34-year-old Geraldton man will face Geraldton Magistrates Court after allegedly committing a string of traffic offences.

Police say the driver of a silver Holden Malibu failed to negotiate a corner on Waldeck Street at 5.17pm on Tuesday, and collided with a power pole and nearby retaining wall.

The man has been charged with careless driving, failing to report a traffic accident, excess 0.08 and no authority to drive.
