Toilets and showers at Pages Beach to re-open

Staff reportersGeraldton Guardian

Toilets and showers at Geraldton’s Pages Beach will be re-opened to the public this Saturday following refurbishment works.

The works included re-tiling, installation of new toilets and basins, and upgrades to the disabled facility.

Also included was the addition of a public art mural on the exterior by artist George Domahidy.

The refurbishment was part of the City of Greater Geraldton’s 2017/18 asset renewal program to upgrade ageing infrastructure.

A City of Greater Geraldton spokeswoman said temporary fencing and portable toilets would be removed this Friday.
