Cafe launch target February

The Hogs Breath Cafe Geraldton development is well underway with the store’s internal fit-out due to start at the end of November.

Hogs Breath national franchise manager Peter Josefski said they hoped to have the store opened for a soft launch in early February, 2016.

“Depending on the delivery of works over the Christmas and New Year period, will depend on the opening date,” he said.

“In the first few weeks it will be bookings only to enable the delivery of service and that the product is correct, so the store doesn’t become overwhelmed with requests.

“A new menu is underway for 2016 and the locals running this store are committed to the store.”

“We would love to have had the store opened for the Christmas trading period as originally planned, but things don’t always go the way you would like.

“The store franchisees have undergone training and are nervous and anxious, but are excited.”
