Disturbance lands Spalding man, 34, in court
Just before 10pm on Saturday night, police attended a home in Pollett Street, Spalding, after receiving several calls regarding a large number of people creating a disturbance and fighting.
The group was aggressive and it took several police units, as well as police dog Bucky, about two hours to disperse the crowd safely.
A 34-year-old Spalding man was charged with disorderly behaviour, possessing a prohibited drug (methylamphetamine) and obstructing police.
He is due to appear in the Geraldton Magistrate’s Court on April 7.
