Brigades have stormed into the GNFL league grand final against Towns with a resounding win over reigning premier Mullewa in today’s preliminary final.

The win was set up with an six goal to nil seond quarter.

From there the Hawks didn’t look back.

Final score: Brigades 12.12 (84) d Mullewa 5.6 (36)

In the reserves and colts respectively, Railways advanced to the grand finals with wins over Towns and Brigades today.

The Blues were made to work hard for the right to challenge Northampton for the premiership, with Towns pushing them all the way to the finish.

Final score: Railways 9.14 (68) d Towns 8.3 (51).

In the colts, Railways showed their dominance with a 68-point drubbing of Brigades to set up a grand final clash with Chapman Valley.

The Blues led comfortably at every change to advance to their sixth grand final in as many years.

Final score: Railways 13.14(92) d Brigades 3.6 (24).
