Kids on a high at Wildcats school clinic

The Perth Wildcats finished a whirlwind three-day regional tour recently, after making appearances at 11 different schools with all seven of their NBL Championship trophies in tow.

A series of basketball clinics at Geraldton’s Activewest Stadium, along with a special visit to the PCYC’s midnight basketball program, concluded their trip as children from all over Geraldton enjoyed an up close and personal look at their giant heroes.

Championship-winning Cats Shawn Redhage, vice-captain Greg Hire, Jesse Wagstaff, Matt Knight and Corban Wroe were all part of the fun and received fantastic responses at all their stops.
