Two burglars allegedly came unstuck when the victim returned home and locked them in the laundry, according to police.

Police allege the incident happened at 5.20pm on Saturday at a house in Brede Street, Geraldton when the women entered a house through a back door.

But the victim returned home and hearing someone in the laundry, locked the door and called police.

A 25-year-old Woorree woman has been charged with two counts of aggravated burglary, possessing a prohibited drug and possessing drug paraphernalia.

She has been remanded in custody to appear before Geraldton Magistrates Court on February, 9.

A 35-year-old Bluff Point woman has been charged with aggravated burglary and has been remanded in custody until February, 15.
