Kevin Bloody Wilson loves Geraldton and the audiences who come to see him.

Wilson will grace, or rather un-grace, the stage at the Queens Park Theatre this Friday night with his new Prevent Global Boring tour.

He said there was no room for political correctness in the show and declared once the show started it’s all bets off and he warned it was not for the easily offended.

“People know what my show is about; the bulk of my show is music and it will be politically insensitive,” he said.

“Quite frankly, if people are offended I think it’s a crock of s…,” he said.

“I have always loved Geraldton and I love to visit.

“I visited Geraldton some time ago for a six-week stop and I remember playing music in pubs and there were lots of pretty ladies.

“I have always had a bond with Geraldton.

“This trip is a world catch-up with mates while doing shows,” Wilson chuckled.

“This tour will finish in Scotland in 2017 so it’s a big tour and I’m excited to start with WA and the regional circuit.

“My show is about making people laugh and taking their mind of the s… that is happening in the world, it’s a good outlet and will make people feel happy for a few weeks after.

“Each show is a politically correct-free zone. I love that wherever we go is sell-outs. Now we have three generations of family members. I never imagined all these years ago, starting out, that my show would end up all over the world and still be touring.”

Catch Wilson Friday at the Queens Park Theatre from 8pm.
