A 38-year-old Geraldton man has been charged after allegedly obstructing a taxi and jumping on its bonnet in the middle of a major intersection.

Police say the man stood in the middle of the road at the intersection of Cathedral Avenue and Foreshore Drive, in the path of a taxi, yesterday about 9pm.
