Geraldton Senior College students made their way along a star-studded red carpet as they celebrated their annual Year 12 ball.

With a “starry night” theme, students walked the carpet before posing for photos under a custom-made crescent moon and a starry background.

Celebrations unofficially began a littler earlier, as students gathered on the Marina boardwalk for group photos before making their way to the ball venue in striking vehicles.

Manager of student services and event organiser Rhonda Kennedy thanked everyone who helped make the night a success.

“It was a joy to see the 300 guests enjoy themselves at the event. They are to be applauded on their conduct,” she said.

“Thank you to everyone who assisted in any way prior to, during, or after the ball.

“It was wonderful to see so much support for our students, and an invaluable opportunity to build positive relationships with them.”
