The biannual Midwest Baby & Kids Market is on the move.

The market will be held at the Geraldton Senior College Gym in Carson Terrace.

Event organiser Natalie Riemer said it would bring together quality hand-made, new and unique products for parents as well as for babies and children up to 12 years old.

Second-hand stalls and parenting information stalls were also a big attraction.

“There will be a fantastic line-up of stallholders travelling from all over the Mid West and from Perth to showcase their products,” Mrs Riemer said.

“Beginning as a small event in a community hall, the market has now doubled in size and is a highly anticipated event for Mid West parents.

“People are lined up at the front door before 9am to snap up the boutique, handmade, new items and the second-hand items where they can save hundreds of dollars on those big-ticket items.”

Mrs Riemer said books, handmade clothes, toys, jewellery, christening wear, kids gifts and accessories would go on sale. Stalls would include work-at-home businesses, local retail business and mums selling quality second-hand baby and kids items.

The market will be held from 9am until 1pm.

Entry for adults is $3 and free for kids.

There will also be facepainting and door prizes.
