Woman charged over string of Geraldton shop thefts

A woman has been charged over a string of thefts in the past five months from shops around Geraldton.

Police said the thefts happened at a number of shops as far back as May 22 and as recently as Monday this week.

A 28-year-old Spalding woman was arrested yesterday and charged with four counts of stealing.

She was remanded in custody overnight due to an outstanding court-issued warrant.
