Road closed after power incident

Geraldton-Mt Magnet road has been closed from Jose Street to Callaghan Street in Mullewa after a truck incident this morning.

Mullewa police said a truck carrying an oversized load accidentally hooked onto power lines about 9am.

Small vehicle traffic has been diverted, while larger vehicles have been forced to wait while Western Power attends the scene.
