Search continues for missing couple

More Geraldton police are assisting in the search for a Beverly couple who went missing last month.

The couple were last seen at Tabletop, near Sandstone on Sunday, March 22.

Police said the land and air search area has been expanded today with more emergency services personnel and local police sent to assist in locating the couple.

They said a helicopter was being used along with police, State Emergency Service, shire workers and local residents to find 49-year-old Jennie Anne Kehlet and 47-year-old Raymond Keith Kehlet.

Ms Kehlet is described as fair-skinned with brown hair and green eyes, of medium build and approximately 157cm tall. She was last seen wearing a yellow florescent coloured work shirt.

Mr Kehlet is described as fair skinned, with brown hair and blue eyes, of medium build and approximately 170cm tall. He was last seen wearing blue clothing.

A land and air search was launched on Wednesday, April 1, after police were alerted to the couple not being seen for over a week.

Mt Magnet, Morawa and Geraldton police launched the full scale search in conjunction with SES volunteers, Shire workers and residents.
