The Days of House Rules now over

Their day in the sun is over. Team WA - Geraldton couple Karina and Brian Day - were tonight eliminated from House Rules, the house renovation show on Channel 7.

The Days were the oldest couple on the show — and the first to go.

However, at least they got a fully renovated house out of being contestants.

Fighting back tears, they said the show had been a life-changing experience for which they would be forever grateful.

Brian said they had given their all in the competition.

In a special interview in tomorrow's print edition, Karina and Brian talk about their time on the show and what life has in store for them now.
