Youth killed in Dalwallinu crash

A 16-year-old youth has died in a car accident at Dalwallinu.

Police said he was driving a Toyota Landcruiser wagon on the Dalwallinu–Kalannie Road between 1am and 6.20am on Saturday when the car travelled off the road and hit a tree.

He was the sole occupant in the vehicle and found deceased at the scene.
