A woman has been charged after she allegedly entered a Woorree business last night and drank several cans of cool drink.

It is also alleged she stole a laptop and two handheld radios.

Police said she entered the Rowan Road business through an unlocked door between 6.30pm and 7pm.

It is further alleged the woman then moved to a nearby house where she was found with the items and arrested by police.

The 25-year-old has been charged with burglary and stealing and will appear in Geraldton Magistrates Court on February 5.
