Ticket sales yet to make jump to lightspeed

A spokeswoman for Orana Cinema said physical sales for screenings on December 17 onwards amounted to 39 tickets, but online they were expected to be a lot more.

“It’s been a slow start but we expect to sell out the first few shows without a doubt,” she said.

“We are even going to screen a midnight session on the Wednesday night at 12am so its technically Thursday, which is the day of release.

“Tickets are now available online. They will sell out fast.”
